ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a clinical member of the International OCD Foundation. I am also a graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute for OCD. www.iocdf.org.
My education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mississippi College and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
My previous work experience includes teaching at the college level, school counseling, disaster crisis counseling, adoption specialist, and private practice. My clinical practice involves working with children, teens, and adults dealing with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-injurious behaviors, conduct and attachment disorders, eating disorders, hoarding, and personality disorders.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory and my Christian faith. I also use Exposure and Response Prevention for those dealing with anxiety, eating disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. I love what I do!
