ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a clinical member of the International OCD Foundation. I am also a graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute for OCD. www.iocdf.org
My education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mississippi College and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
I have been in the counseling profession for over 20 years. My clinical practice involves working with children, teens, and adults in the following areas:
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
anxiety
depression
body focused repetitive behaviors
hoarding
self-injurious behaviors
My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory, exposure and response prevention as well as dialectical behavior therapy.
